Tour over TEN rooms and the
gardens of this magnificent 1890’s
Church
Avenue home. In 2005 the Larkin’s replaced all wiring,
insulation, windows, plumbing, and restored the interior and exterior of the
home to it’s original state including woodwork, stained glass, lighting, and
decorating.Special attention was paid
to keeping the renovations pertinent to the era of the home.The home is completely furnished with family
heirlooms and antiques collected throughout the Southeast.Stroll the restored grounds surrounding the
home and enjoy wine, music, and hors d’oeuvres in the garden.

Proceeds from this fundraiser, like our recent Garden Tour, will be used to maintain our Garden Club building and grounds; civic educational projects on gardening, recycling, water conservation; and
sending children Camp Wechiva, a Florida Gardening Club sponsored nature camp.
